Turbosolve I™ & Migrasolve Dryers
TURBOSOLVE I™ HIGH EFFICIENCY DRYER
Our TURBOSOLVE I™ patented nozzle design offers the highest heat transfer commercially available from an impingement dryer.
The TURBOSOLVE I™ design uses our patented turbulator technology to scrub the surface of the web and help breakdown the laminar zone of the boundary air layer adhering to a moving web.
This increases the heat transfer necessary for drying over conventional air dryer technologies significantly. Also, because of our unique dryer/nozzle design, we can vary both the heat and mass transfer every 265mm, thereby more effectively drying even thick solvent based coatings. Consequently, we can offer shorter, more efficient dryers that can operate at faster line speeds, use lower air temperatures and produce a higher quality product consistently under all ambient conditions. We also offer and manufacture inert atmospheric dryers for special coating operations. We partner with CM Technologies of California, USA who manufacture the Inert Solvent Recovery Systems.
MIGRASOLVE I RATE SENSITIVE DRYER
Our MIGRASOLVE I nozzle design is a high air volume, low velocity nozzle used for heavy coatings, typically 1 mil or greater, or for applications where solvent or binder migration are issues.
